1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Burning Bridges AI (the "Service"), an independent tool that turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated video with music. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Burning Bridges AI is an independent creative tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any artist, label or platform whose name or trend is mentioned on the site.

2. Your account

You can register with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live.

3. Photos and your content

You may only upload photos that you own or have clear permission to use, and where every identifiable person in the photo has agreed to be used. You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited licence to process them in order to generate your video and deliver it to you.

You are responsible for how you use and share the videos you create. You must follow the rules of the platform where you post them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that depicts minors in any inappropriate way;
create videos of a real person without their consent, or to impersonate, deceive or defame anyone;
infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights of others;
try to bypass limits, abuse promotions or interfere with the Service or other users.

We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. Credits and payments

The Service is paid for with credits that you buy in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. The credit cost of a video depends on the quality you choose (480p, 720p or 1080p), and is shown before you generate. Purchased credits do not expire.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Prices are shown in US dollars, and applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.

6. Failed generations and refunds

If a generation fails on our side and no video is delivered, the credits for it are returned to your account. Credits for a video that completed successfully are never returned.

All sales are final. Once a video has been generated, the credits spent on it are not refundable, and we do not offer refunds for completed generations, including when you are unhappy with how the result looks. Please check your photo and quality before you press generate. Credit packs that you have bought but not used are also non-refundable, and credits do not expire. If you were charged twice for the same purchase by mistake, contact us through the contact page and we will correct the duplicate charge.

7. Generated results

Results are created by AI models and every generation is different. We do not guarantee that a video will match any other clip, look exactly as you expect, or be free of visual or audio imperfections. Example videos on the site illustrate the format and are not a promise of a specific result.

The audio included with a video is guided by a reference soundtrack. We do not grant you any rights in third-party music. If you plan to post or monetise a video, check the music and content rules of the platform you use.

8. Availability

We try to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and generation times can vary.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or reputation arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
